NIBLE can be downloaded at the home page of PMM-Projects. Besides the now hopelessly outdated release version 04, you can find the daily builds. Don't be too scared about the "banana software"-talk, the builds are stable to the best of knowledge, they just have not been tested for bugs systematically.

It is recommended to use the the newest, topmost version available unless you encounter a serious problem with this newest edition. The archive contains everything you need, it's not necessary to install any older version.
