Milkshape

Milkshape is a program for the creation and conversion of many, mostly game-related 3D Data formats. Milkshape is licensed as shareware and has to be activated for the price of 25€ or 25$.
For Milkshape, there is a NIFLA-Exporter as well as a very basic importer, both for Morrowind files. There's no way to im- or export NIF Animations or Skinning with Milkshape, and you'll need NIBLEs conversion capabilities to create oblivion Stuff.
